Deleting a BlueLink Smart Connect or Service Connect Account

These instructions apply to the following applications:
  • BlueLink Smart Connect
  • BlueLink Service Connect
All account and associated user data can be permanently deleted using either of two methods:
  1. Send an email to support@bluelinksmartconnect.com with instructions to delete your account.
    1. Within two business days, our support team will delete your account and associated data.
    2. The deletion of all user information will be permanent and irrevocable with no retention period.
  2. From inside the BlueLink SmartConnect or ServiceConnect app.
    1. Log into your BlueLink SmartConnect or ServiceConnect account
    2. From the Main Screen, touch [Account] or [Update Account]
    3. From the Account Screen, touch [Delete Account]
    4. Confirm the account deletion dialog.
    5. The deletion of all user information will be immediate, permanent, and irrevocable, with no retention period.

Deleting a Salus Smart Home or Smart Connect Account

These instructions apply to the following applications:
  • Salus Smart Home
  • MrPEX Systems
  • HeatLink Smart System
All account and associated user data can be permanently deleted:
  1. From inside the Salus Smart Home app, MrPEX Systems app, HeatLink Smart System app, or WebApp.
    1. Log into your account.
    2. From the Main Screen, touch the profile/user icon at the top left-hand corner of the screen.
    3. Select [MY PROFILE] from the menu.
    4. Tap your name on the profile screen.
    5. Scroll to the bottom of the page.
    6. Select [DELETE USER PROFILE].
    7. Then press [DELETE] to confirm this action.
    8. The deletion of all user information will be immediate, permanent, and irrevocable, with no retention period.

Deleting a BlueLink SOLO Account

These instructions apply to the following applications:
  • BlueLink SOLO
All account and associated user data can be permanently deleted:
  1. From inside the BlueLink SOLO app.
    1. Log into your BlueLink SOLO account.
    2. From the Main Screen, touch the "hamburger" menu button at the top right-hand corner of the screen.
    3. Select [PROFILE] from the menu.
    4. Tap your name on the profile screen.
    5. Select [DELETE USER PROFILE]
    6. Optionally, check the [FACTORY RESET THE THERMOSTAT] box to reset any connected thermostats.
    7. Then press [CONFIRM].
    8. The deletion of all user information will be immediate, permanent, and irrevocable, with no retention period.
